Meet Jacqueline V. Jones, MBA
Founder & CEO, Success Thru Finance Collective, LLC
With a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, I bring a unique blend of financial acumen, behavioral insight, and lived experience to every client interaction. For over 30 years, I’ve been a serial entrepreneur, trainer, and trusted coach — guiding individuals, nonprofits, and small businesses toward practical financial success.
As a retired federal employee with extensive experience in human resources, training, and coaching, I understand what motivates people to act — and what holds them back. My journey has never just been about numbers — it’s been about empowering people to believe in their own possibilities.
Over the years, I’ve trained and mentored more than 50 individuals through a proven financial education system, while helping countless others launch and manage their businesses with confidence and clarity. I’ve taught in schools, community groups, and faith-based organizations, emphasizing the life-changing power of budgeting, credit awareness, income shifting, and generational wealth-building.
I’m the founder of Success Thru Finance Collective, LLC, a purpose-driven business focused on equipping underserved communities — especially trade students, underpaid workers, nonprofits, and churches — with the tools, systems, and support needed to thrive financially. Through STFC, I help people start where they are, align their mindset with their goals, and take consistent steps toward a more secure future.
Service is at the heart of everything I do. I’ve volunteered with programs that uplift disadvantaged youth, mentor parents, and strengthen families. As a proud mother and grandmother, I am deeply committed to building strong communities — one household at a time.
Currently, I’m expanding my credentials through certification programs in Grant Writing and through the Association for Financial Counseling & Planning Education (AFCPE) to further strengthen the impact I bring to every client and partner organization. Whether in a workshop, one-on-one coaching, or as part of a broader institutional partnership, I believe financial literacy is not just a skill — it’s a birthright we can pass on to the next generation.
