Jacqueline V. Jones is the Founder and CEO of Success Thru Finance Collective, LLC, where she partners with churches, nonprofits, workforce organizations, schools, employers, and community organizations to strengthen financial wellness through practical education and implementation.

With more than 35 years of business ownership experience and a professional background spanning federal government, workforce development, human resources, training, bookkeeping, operations management, consulting, and financial education, Jacqueline brings a unique systems-based approach to helping organizations create lasting financial change.

She believes financial wellness is one part of building stronger individuals, families, and communities. In addition to leading Success Thru Finance Collective, Jacqueline serves as a Saprea Volunteer Community Educator, connecting individuals and organizations with evidence-informed family safety resources, while actively collaborating with community partners to expand access to education, life skills, and community resources.

Her mission is simple:

To help organizations build financially confident individuals, stronger families, and healthier communities through education, implementation, and collaboration.
